Racchetta d’oro Tennis Tournament Nears Finals in Moniga
The Racchetta d’oro tennis tournament in memory of Alberto Raggi, organized by patrons Andrea and Omero, and directed by Alberto Gelmini, currently taking place on the three courts of San Sivino in Moniga, has reached the most exciting stage.
As in previous editions, it is complemented by an impressive audience of spectators.
Final Stage and Participants
The tournament, which began on Tuesday, August 7 (with sixty rackets in play), will conclude tomorrow at 5 PM. Only ten players remain in the competition: Savoldi, Stefini, Rosica, Bazzani, Lunardi, Mazzetti, Borghetti, Moretti, a strong French female player, Tullio Limone, and his 12-year-old daughter Federica, a great hope for Brescia tennis.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 7 PM, followed by a refreshment.
Awards and Presenting Authorities
During the trophy presentation, local authorities, led by Massimo Pollini, Mayor of Moniga, will be in attendance.
