Beach Safety Rules for Swimmers and Families
The tower will make swimmers safer, but to avoid trouble, it’s best to follow some specific rules. Here they are.
Beach Safety Rules
After a meal, you should wait at least three hours before entering the water and avoid greasy foods, ice creams, popsicles, or cold drinks.
Just as important is not to enter the water if feeling unwell; if chills, nausea, headaches, or cramps appear, you should reach the shore immediately.
To prevent sunstroke, it’s necessary to wear a hat, and it’s better to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
If you’re feeling hot, don’t dive in immediately; instead, enter gradually.
In the water, never be overconfident or swim alone; also, remember that free diving can be dangerous.
It is also forbidden to leave children unattended, as they are unaware of the dangers.
If you’re in trouble, don’t wait—call for help immediately.
