“Even if it were true that the Garda rowing championship today costs 200 million lira, that’s just hearsay. In reality, all expenses are borne by the dozen members of the Gruppo bisse, who are sponsored and supported by their respective Municipal administrations.” De Iseppi is particularly upset about the reimbursements for expenses made by the Lega Bisse to rowers.

“Before asking for more money at the end of the championship to balance the books, it would have been more appropriate to reveal the financial statements. De Iseppi’s position and willingness to collaborate
