Premio Riviera Literary Contest Honorees to Be Announced in Garda

The awards ceremony today for the winners of the national literary contest Premio Riviera, now in its second edition.

The musical-literary event will take place in Punta San Vigilio, starting at 4 pm, in the villa granted by Giovanni Rana.

The performance will feature the singer Mino Reitano and the writer Maria Venturi.

The evening, hosted by journalist Claudia Farina, will be enlivened by musical interventions from Gaetano Pasetto and Alberta Sabaini, with musical accompaniment by Carlo Favalli and Jan Langosz.

Recitations will be performed by Tiziano Zampini and Renata Leali, while projections and images will be curated by members of the Circolo fotografico Città di Garda.

The Prize and the Jury

The prize, promoted by Corriere della Riviera with the patronage of the Provincia, Comunità del Garda, Apt Riviera degli Olivi, and the municipalities of Garda and Torri, aims to promote and valorize art and culture, and to draw attention to the beauty of Lake Garda, which has attracted international cultural figures and inspired renowned artists.

The award is also linked to two of them: Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh.

The jury responsible for awarding the prizes includes: entrepreneur Giovanni Rana, artistic director of Vittoriale Paolo Bosisio, journalist and city councilor of Verona Roberto Gianfreda, as well as Giuseppe Pimazzoni, a teacher, Jan Langosz, a composer, Adalberto Minazzi, a journalist, and Andrea Torresani, secretary.
