Lake Garda’s Veronese Shore Features on Rai’s Sereno Variabile Program
Lake Garda and the Veronese shoreline will take center stage on Saturday in the well-known program «Sereno Variabile».
The Rai crew has recently filmed extensively along the eastern shore of Lake Garda, visiting the most characteristic locations in the Garda area: from Malcesine to Peschiera, from Valeggio to Lazise.
In particular, on the lakeside promenade of Cassone, just a short walk from Aril, the world’s shortest river, Osvaldo Bevilacqua, the soul, mind, and face of «Sereno Variabile», interviewed Marco Zaninelli, commissioner of the Azienda di promozione turistica n. 12.
Topics Covered and Images
The topic of the chat was Garda and the multiple sports activities connected to the territory, a natural gym for sailing, mountain biking, and paragliding.
Sports was not the only focus of the conversation between Bevilacqua and Zaninelli. Emphasis was also placed on eno-gastronomy, particularly the chestnuts of San Zeno di Montagna and the Novello wine of Bardolino.
On Rai’s screens on Saturday afternoon, stunning images from San Vigilio will also be broadcast, along with a panorama of the bisse (traditional boats).
The television crew did not miss the opportunity to capture glimpses of Valeggio, the Sanctuary of Frassino in Peschiera, the Scaliger Castle of Torri, and segments dedicated to the wine and oil museums present in the Bardolino area.
