Montichiari Launches TAG Youth Initiative with Community Hub and Workshops

Montichiari’s “TAG – Territorio, Azione, Giovani” project, launched by the local municipality, aims to enhance youth services in information, guidance, and participation for residents aged 15 to 34, with a focus on 18-26-year-olds. The initiative, set to run until October 2026, involves a public-private partnership with social cooperatives, educational institutions, and local associations, including La Nuvola Nel Sacco and La Sorgente cooperatives, as well as the A.I.M. association and the Politecnico di Milano Foundation.

The project will transform a municipal space into a Youth Hub, co-managed by young people through a Youth Board, and will include workshops on financial literacy, digital skills, and creative technology. Additional activities include an Informagiovani for European mobility guidance, school–business workshops, two thematic hackathons, and an end-event. Special emphasis is placed on inclusive participation for vulnerable youth, with tailored pathways developed in collaboration with local institutions and partners.
