Fraglia Vela Riva Secures Double Gold at 2026 ILCA U21 World Championship in Lanzarote

Two sailors from Fraglia Vela Riva secured world titles at the 2026 ILCA U21 World Championship held in Lanzarote, just ahead of the upcoming season. Antonio Pascali won the U21 division and finished ninth overall in ILCA 7, while Alessandro Cirinei claimed the U19 title and placed among the top ten in the general classification.

In the final day, Pascali gained ground with a third-place finish in the penultimate race and sixth in the last, securing his overall victory. Cirinei led the U19 category, beating Spanish competitors, with team members including debutant Mattia Di Lorenzo. The team was supported by coach Mauro Berteotti and president Andrea Camin.
