Scammers Impersonate Carabinieri to Trick Garda Area Businesses

They impersonate Carabinieri when making phone calls to hoteliers, shopkeepers, artisans, and restaurants in the Middle and Upper Garda areas, offering subscriptions to military-oriented magazines.

These are not actual military personnel, but scammers who, from time to time, claim to be part of the financial police, police, fire brigade, or local Municipal police.
