Brescia Pizza-Making Course Opens to Unemployed February 23

A new 76-hour pizza-making course will be held in Brescia from February 23 to March 13, 2026. Organized by Politiche del Lavoro Srl in partnership with Pizzeria San Ciro and funded by the Lombardy Region’s GOL program, the course targets unemployed individuals and provides certifications in pizza-making and HACCP compliance to support employment in the hospitality sector.

The initiative is led by Ciro Di Maio, owner of Pizzeria San Ciro and active in social projects supporting immigrants, ex-detainees, and the unemployed through training and administrative assistance. Di Maio’s efforts include programs at Canton Mombello prison and employment support projects offering practical training and workplace integration.
