The Salerno Nautical Center was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students involved in water sports, sailing, and swimming activities. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Students participate in practical exercises, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.
