Salerno Nautical Center Launches Watersports and Marine Education Programs

The Nautical Center of Salerno was inaugurated in 1955 and is located in the Lungomare area, near the port.

The center’s headquarters hosts many students attending water activities, sailing, and swimming. The facility includes a large indoor swimming pool and extensive areas for learning and training.

Activities and Events

Students participate in practical drills, sailing courses, and regattas. Cultural meetings and conferences on marine conservation are also held there.

The center collaborates with numerous sports and nautical institutions to promote maritime culture among young people and to encourage environmental education.
