Salò Hosts Magnificent Salodium as Final Stage of Uisp Trail Running Challenge

Garda Running has announced the Magnifica Salodium, the final event of the Challenge Uisp Trail Running, scheduled for Sunday, February 22 in Salò. The race features a mix of urban and mountain trails, with three competitive courses limited to 200 participants each: a 35 km Long Trail, a 24 km Trail, and a 17.5 km Short Trail, alongside two non-competitive routes. Registration is open until February 20 or until the participant cap is reached, with over 400 entries already confirmed for the competitive categories.

The event, presented at Salò’s social center, emphasizes mountain running and community involvement, with notable athletes such as Diego Angella and Roberta Schivalocchi among the registered participants. The race will include climbs to Selva Alta and Monte San Bartolomeo, with maximum times of 6, 5, and 4 hours respectively, and draws significant institutional support from local authorities.
