Gardaland Resort Plans to Hire 1,000 Staff for 2026 Season

Gardaland Resort has launched its 2026 hiring plan, aiming to recruit approximately 1,000 seasonal staff members across various departments, including the amusement park, LEGOLAND® Water Park, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and hotel facilities. The recruitment will occur in two phases: 500 hires in March and another 500 in June, ahead of the resort’s opening on March 28.

The resort emphasizes its focus on employee development and retention, offering structured training, recognition programs, and incentives such as bonuses for returning staff and monthly awards. Job opportunities include roles in food service, attractions, ticketing, hotel reception, and technical maintenance, with contracts spanning from March to November and potential renewals through January 2027. Interested candidates can attend recruiting days scheduled for February 27 and March 5.
