Bardolino Middle School Redevelopment Unveiled at Milan Polytechnic

Bardolino’s middle school renovation project was showcased during a presentation at the Polytechnic University of Milan, involving local officials including Mayor Daniele Bertasi and Public Works Councillor Marta Ferrari. The initiative is part of a collaboration between the Bardolino municipality and the university, supported by architect Ennio Residori, with students proposing design solutions for the school’s historic section.

The project, coordinated by the University of Milan’s Interior Architecture Design Laboratory, included an initial analysis in Bardolino, design development, and a final presentation in Milan as part of an academic exam. Professors Imma Forino and Francesca Rapisarda oversaw the process, with support from architects Carola D’Ambros and Benedetta Patetta. An institutional exhibition in Bardolino’s Sala della Preonda is planned to display the students’ work.
