Valvestino Placed Under Special Administration as Deputy Prefect Bucceri Takes Over Municipality

Valvestino’s municipal government has been placed under commissioner administration following the simultaneous resignation of multiple councilors. The Prefect of Brescia, Andrea Polichetti, suspended the city council and initiated the dissolution process, which will be finalized by a subsequent presidential decree as per local government laws.

To ensure continuity, Vice Prefect Rossella Bucceri has been appointed as commissioner. She will oversee the municipality’s provisional management and handle routine administrative tasks until new mayoral and council elections are held.
