The tool, introduced by Digital Transformation Manager Alberto Benini, aims to provide quick information and facilitate access to water services for citizens, families, and businesses.
LINO supports users with inquiries related to bills, payments, meter readings, contract management, water quality, and territorial alerts. It directs users to the Online Service Portal for tasks such as invoice consultation, consumption checks, payments, and account management, integrating with existing digital tools and promoting digital billing.
