Trentino’s Vino Santo Showcases Rich Tradition at DiVinNosiola Festival in Lake Valley
The 16th edition of DiVinNosiola highlights the traditional Vino Santo Trentino, focusing on the Valle dei Laghi and the production of Vino Nosiola under the Slow Food presidium. The event runs from March 23 to April 10, featuring local producers and rural communities in the “Spremitura” ritual, a symbolic transition from grape drying to winemaking during Holy Week.
Scheduled activities include tastings, masterclasses such as “From Trentino to Romagna” on March 27 and “From Nosiola to Vino Santo” on April 1, along with roundtables, guided walks, and the “Rito della Spremitura” on March 29. Some events require tickets and reservations, while others are free to attend.
