Bardolino Launches Early 2026 Bid for Falcone-Borsellino School Seismic Upgrade

The official process for seismic retrofitting of the “Falcone-Borsellino” school in Bardolino has been launched, with a €4.25 million budget allocated for the project. The work focuses on the monumentally structured wing, aiming to recover functional spaces for education and local associations, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026.

The municipality, led by Mayor Daniele Bertasi and councilors Marta Ferrari (Public Works) and Mirco Fraccarolli (Education), announced the procedural blockage has been resolved, allowing the tender to proceed. The project emphasizes structural safety and interior space recovery as part of the broader school redevelopment plan.
