Nintendo’s popular game Animal Crossing: New Horizons is opening a real-world immersive experience at Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium from March 28, 2026, marking the start of the aquarium’s new season. The initiative, a collaboration between Gardaland SEA LIFE and Nintendo, transforms the aquarium into the SEA LIFE Islands, featuring themed environments that highlight marine biodiversity and conservation efforts.

Visitors will explore 40 thematic tanks covering freshwater and marine habitats, participate in interactive activities, and collect exclusive stamps linked to the game characters. The experience includes meet-and-greets with characters like Tom Nook on select days and runs until May 10, 2026, offering an educational blend of entertainment, science, and environmental awareness.
