Youth Centenary Regatta Faccenda Trophy Draws Over 250 Junior Sailors

The sixth edition of the Youth Centenary Regatta-Trofeo Faccenda concluded in Riva, featuring eight races (five qualifiers and three finals) organized by Fraglia Vela Riva. Over 250 junior sailors from Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Hungary competed, with the event serving as an official selection for World and European teams.

Jesper Karlsen (CVA) won the junior category in a tie with Andrea Demurtas (Fraglia Vela Riva), determined by best final race position. Valerio Pucci topped the Cadets, while Giulia Zanoni (Fraglia Vela Riva) led among women, finishing fourth overall. The regatta marks the start of Riva’s competitive season, ahead of upcoming events including the 44th Garda Optimist Meeting and the Rothoblaas Sprint Cup.
