Lonato del Garda Opens Churches and Monuments for Free Guided Tours

Lonato del Garda participates in the “Ponte di Bellezza 2026” initiative on March 14-15, offering free access to historic sites and guided tours, as part of a regional effort to promote local cultural heritage. Visitors can explore landmarks such as the Pieve di San Zeno, Torre Civica, and the Renaissance triptych by Bernardino Licinio, with some sites open through pre-booked guided visits.

The program includes special reduced-price entry to the Fondazione Ugo Da Como complex, featuring the Rocca, civic museum, and other cultural venues. Additional guided tours are scheduled in Bedizzole, highlighting its medieval castle and religious sites, while the “Mercantico” antique market takes place in Lonato del Garda on Sunday. Reservations are required for all visits, with limited group sizes.
