Lonato Revamps Hospitality Spaces with New Tavola MoS at the Rocca

Tavola MoS has opened at the foot of Lonato’s Rocca as part of a project to revitalize welcoming spaces, led by the Ugo Da Como Foundation. Located in the historic Casa del Bibliotecario, the venue offers a culinary experience designed to complement its cultural setting, with Chef Stefano Zanini involved in the launch.

Zanini, born in 1996 and founder of MoS in Desenzano, brings experience from working with chefs like Alain Ducasse and Norbert Niederkofler. The restaurant, set in a terraced garden with views of the old town and the Basilica’s dome, is part of a broader effort to enhance the monument complex.
