Lonato Revamps Reception Areas with New Tavola MoS Opening at the Fortress

Tavola MoS has opened at the foot of Lonato’s Rocca, marking the first step in a project to revitalize welcoming spaces promoted by the Ugo Da Como Foundation. Located in the historic Casa del Bibliotecario, the venue combines cultural heritage with a culinary experience led by Chef Stefano Zanini, involving visitors in a unique gastronomic journey.

Chef Zanini, born in 1996 and founder of MoS in Desenzano, brings experience from kitchens of renowned chefs such as Alain Ducasse and Norbert Niederkofler. The restaurant, set in a terraced garden with views of the historic village and the Basilica’s dome, is part of broader efforts to enhance the monument complex initiated by the Foundation.
