The roundabout at the intersection of Via Innocenta and Via Pratomaggiore in Desenzano remains incomplete, with construction delayed since the project’s initiation. The municipality’s agreement with Dica srl, part of the AUTR-P9 urban planning plan approved on March 30, 2023, allocates €92,027 for the roundabout’s completion out of a total €378,029 for urbanization works.

While nearby buildings are nearing completion, the roundabout’s construction is ongoing under a temporary closure order for Via Innocenta from October 1, 2025, to December 5, 2025, with no definitive end date. Local councilors have submitted written inquiries to the Public Works Department for updates, and residents from Rivoltella have raised concerns about prolonged disruptions, urging transparency and potential compensation for affected neighborhoods.
