Salò Hosts Remo Regatta Finals with Races and Tribute to Pavan

Salò will host the upcoming Agonali del Remo on March 21, organized by Canottieri Garda, featuring a special master’s category with men’s 8+ and women’s 4x events. The event also pays tribute to Daniele Pavan with the debut of a new Filippi single named after him, and awards the Coppa del Liutaio and Coppa delle Rose for male and female categories, respectively.

Five men’s and five women’s crews, including the reigning champions from Canottieri Gavirate, will compete in a knockout format starting with heats, progressing through quarterfinals, match races, semifinals, and finals over a 400-meter course between Salò’s Duomo and Bar Italia. Participating clubs include Canottieri Olona, Canottieri Mincio, Canottieri Retica, and teams from Torino, Bardolino, Brindisi, among others.
