Gianluca Banalotti Elected President of Salò Pro Loco with 84% of Votes
Pro Loco Salò has elected a new board led by President Gianluca Banalotti, who received over 84% of votes. The organization aims to strengthen its role as a cultural, tourist, and social driver for the city, with a focus on territorial promotion, community engagement, and sustainable development.
The new board includes experienced local figures such as Cesare Filippini, Nicola Tranquilli, Andrea Maggioni, and newcomer Sandro Apollonio. The association plans to expand membership, enhance cultural initiatives involving schools and seniors, and shift from event organization to a strategic promoter of the region. It also seeks to foster collaboration with local institutions and neighboring Pro Loco organizations to develop integrated tourism strategies and territorial branding. President Banalotti emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts and community involvement in preserving Salò’s identity and promoting its future.
