Bardolino Public Works Surpass 13 Million Investment in Construction and Infrastructure

Bardolino’s public works plan exceeds €13 million, encompassing ongoing projects, recently awarded contracts, and new initiatives funded through regional and provincial support. Key projects include the Piazza Guerrieri redevelopment, completion of the Carnacina Institute’s auditorium, and the construction of a roundabout on Via Mirabello, with procurement for Piazza Guerrieri underway and an award expected by April 7.

Current projects in progress or awarded total approximately €8.3 million, with an additional €3.3 million allocated for funded works awaiting detailed plans. Further projects, totaling around €4.5 million, include improvements to Lido Cornicello, new sidewalks, public restrooms, restoration of Villa Carrara’s Limonaie, a sports area with Bicigrill, and public housing developments near Prandini parking, all coordinated with regional and provincial authorities.
