Desenzano del Garda will participate in Earth Hour 2026, organized by WWF, by turning off the San Martino Tower’s lights on March 28 from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. This symbolic action aims to raise awareness about climate change and biodiversity conservation.
The mayor, Guido Malinverno, confirmed the city’s involvement and thanked WWF. The initiative, launched in 2007 and now global, involves turning off lights to symbolize commitment to environmental issues, connecting the local community with millions worldwide.
