Start of the Agreement and Participants

On the early June 1996 day, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for signing a project supporting the most vulnerable social groups. The event involved some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

Objectives and Funding

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the Municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training and socialization courses for the vulnerable groups. Social transportation will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
