Start of the agreement and participants
On the day early June 1996, a convention was held at the Casa Sociale hall in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most disadvantaged social groups. The event was attended by some representatives of local political and social forces, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which will last two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of senior citizens and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, financed with regional and European Union funds.

The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for the most vulnerable. Additionally, social transport will be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
