Cornuda Launches €100K Project for Social Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups
Start of the Agreement and Participants
On the beginning of June 1996, an agreement was held at the hall of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most vulnerable social groups. Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the event, including the mayor, representatives of the neighborhood association, and various volunteer organizations.

The project, which will last two years, aims in particular to improve the living conditions of the elderly and disabled residents in the municipality. The total amount allocated for the implementation of the initiative amounts to approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded with regional and community resources.

The activities include home assistance services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization activities for the weaker categories. Social transport services will also be enhanced, and listening and gathering centers will be established.
