The Municipality of Toscolano Maderno has issued an ordinance mandating the complete closure of Via Valle delle Cartiere for safety reasons, due to hydro-geological risks arising from adverse weather conditions. This decision was made following the detachment of rock material from the mountainside, reported during an inspection conducted yesterday.
The closure will remain in effect until the end of the ongoing weather emergency, as confirmed by the alert issued by the Civil Protection Agency. The municipal administration emphasized the importance of ensuring public safety, which is why this precautionary measure was implemented.
