Cornuda Social Support Project Launches with Regional Funding
Start of the agreement and participants
On early June 1996, a convention was held at the lounge of the Casa Sociale in Cornuda for the signing of a project aimed at supporting the most socially vulnerable individuals.
Some representatives of local political and social forces participated in the ’ operation, including the mayor, representatives of Neighborhood Associations, and various volunteer organizations.
Objectives and funding
The project, which has a duration of two years, primarily aims to improve the living conditions of elderly and disabled residents in the municipality.
The total amount allocated for the ’ initiative is approximately one hundred thousand euros, funded by regional and community funds.
Activities and planned objectives
The activities include home care services, psychological support, training courses, and socialization programs for categories in need.
Additionally, social transportation and services, listening centers, and gathering points will be strengthened.

the Municipal Administration has committed to support the initiative, ensuring surveillance services and coordination among the different components involved.
