GKT’s Rising Talents Compete in Brescia, Earn Call-Ups to Lombardy Technical Center
On Saturday, April 18, 2026, GKT’s karate squad took part in two FIJLKAM events: the Attività Tecnico Provinciale (ATP) in Brescia for esordienti and cadetti kumite, and a high-level training session at the Centro Tecnico Regionale Lombardia (CTR Lombardia). The ATP provided a platform for the younger athletes to test their readiness and gain experience, turning the day into a constructive learning opportunity for the club’s rising talents.
Concurrently, the CTR Lombardia session invited the region’s top prospects, with Alessio Locatelli and Gioele Fanti among those selected. The club also noted that some eligible athletes could not attend due to concurrent commitments; coaches thanked all participants and urged the team to maintain their determination and training pace.
