Desenzano will host an Open Day this weekend at the “Villaggio Paolino” Cat Shelter, one of the largest facilities in the province, managed by the R.A.F. Happy Animal Refuge Association. The event will take place on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3, offering visitors the chance to interact with cats looking for adoption, participate in a market, and learn about volunteering initiatives.
Among the attractions at the Open Day will be a charity raffle with prizes for pets, as well as the opportunity to win a week-long stay for two at the Arya Boutique Resort in Zanzibar. Activities will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM, featuring special moments such as the “purring snack” at 3:00 PM and a toast for the inauguration of the new cat house at 4:00 PM.
