Valtènesi on the Table: Tasting Circuit Across 30 Restaurants and 3 Wineries
Valtènesi in Tavola opens with a tasting circuit featuring 30 restaurants across the territory, each offering a menu inspired by Valtènesi rosé and paired with at least three glasses from three different wineries. The initiative, promoted by the Consorzio Valtènesi, runs in May and links to the Valtènesi in Rosa events (May 22-24 in Moniga) and the Polpenazze Wine Fair (May 29-June 2), showcasing local interpretations of the region’s enogastronomic identity.
The project’s institutional hub is Casa del Vino at Villa Galnica in Puegnago, which will host four exclusive dinners on May 21, June 10, June 21, and June 30, each limited to 60 guests and supported by Gambero Rosso. Participating venues include Moniga, Salò, Sirmione, Desenzano, Puegnago, Calvasege, and others, each presenting their own take on the rosé-focused tasting menus.
