Free Culture for Desenzano Residents: De Chirico Exhibition at the Castle
The municipality of Desenzano del Garda has confirmed free access for residents to the main municipal cultural venues, starting with the nationally significant exhibition “Giorgio De Chirico, un mondo senza tempo” at Castello di Desenzano from May 17 to October 6, 2026, which is expected to draw visitors from across Italy.
The free entry extends to the Castello, the Museo Civico Archeologico “Giovanni Rambotti,” and exhibitions in the Galleria Civica Bosio. Culture Assessor Pietro Avanzi reaffirmed the measure, stating, “culture must be accessible and lived daily by citizens.”
