Trentino Abitare Foundation Launches Service Desks in Riva del Garda and Arco to Promote Rental Housing

The Fondazione Trentino Abitare, through its Fare casa project, is launching rental-housing desks in Riva del Garda and Arco to connect demand and supply for rental properties. The Riva desk opens on May 19 (Sala Matrimoni, ground floor of the town hall) and the Arco desk on May 26 (Villa Pasquali, Via Foro Boario, former municipal police station), with operations on alternating Tuesdays from 9:30 to 12:30, backed by the municipalities of Arco and Riva del Garda.

The desks target both landlords looking to rent out properties and tenants seeking housing. The foundation will manage services directly, including punctual rent payments, condo-fee payments, management of sublets, timely property return in agreed conditions, and monitoring housing quality. Access requires residency or work in the Province (or willingness to establish residency) and income criteria: an average monthly income of at least €1,400 in the previous six months for autonomous solutions and between €1,000 and €1,400 for co-housing, plus signing the Lease Pact. Appointments are required; the foundation, led by director Paolo Bellini, coordinates the offering with the involved municipalities.
