Mughini Emphasizes Books’ Role in Memory at Lake Garda History Festival in Gardone Riviera
Giampiero Mughini will be the guest at the Auditorium del Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera as part of the Garda Lake History Festival’s fourth edition, in the “Passeggiando con la storia” cycle dedicated to memory, books, and the interpretation of history. The event, which includes an introduction by Giordano Bruno Guerri, will take place in the festival’s venue within the recently renovated monument complex.
Mughini will discuss his library of more than 20,000 volumes as a tool for reading the twentieth century, presenting the book not merely as a collectible object but as a custodian of truth and a means to inhabit doubt. The event is organized by Centro Studi RSI and curated by Roberto Chiarini and Elena Pala, with free admission subject to availability and reservations recommended.
