Gargnano Reads: Book Fair Returns with Presentations and Awards

Gargnano che legge, the publishing fair organized by the Culture Department, returns after a successful first edition on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May, from 10:00 to 18:00 with free admission. The event gathers publishers, presentations, awards and a section for children’s books, set between the cloister of the Church of San Francesco and the former municipal building. Councillor Fabiana Bonomini says books help circulate ideas and encourage participation.

The program includes a book presentation on Saturday 30 at 16: in the ex-municipal building: Le ottanta domande di Atena Ferraris by Alice Basso. On Sunday 31 at 16, in the Cloister of San Francesco, the awards for the literary prize Passeggiando tra le Limonaie da Lawrence ad oggi will be announced. Also on Sunday, at 10:30 in the ex-municipal building, there is Ci vuole orecchio!, a high-reading workshop by Silvia Visini, and at 17 a panel titled Giallisti a confronto with Enrico Giustacchini, Enrico Mirani and Fabrizio Senici.
