Archimia String Quartet Opens Garda Sounds and Flavors Series
The Archimia String Quartet will inaugurate the new edition of Suoni e Sapori del Garda with Pellicole in Musica, an all-film-music program reimagined in a chamber-music setting, on June 6, 2026 in Toscolano Maderno.
The program ranges from Hollywood blockbusters to European cinema scores, performed by a string quartet (two violins, viola and cello) to highlight the orchestral textures in an intimate, refined form. The ensemble brings solid experience in classical and contemporary repertoire, with a focus on themed programs that make cinema music accessible to a broader audience.
The concert is part of Garda summer cultural offerings, blending high-quality music with lakefront venues. The exact venue within Toscolano Maderno and the start time will be announced by the Comune on official channels in the days prior to the event. Admission is free and open to all.
