Garda Karate Team Clinches Medal at FIJLKAM Cadet Championships in Ostia
The finals of the Italian Cadet FIJLKAM Championships were held on May 23-24 at the PalaPellicone in Lido di Ostia, with Garda Karate Team competing thanks to two qualifiers from the April 3 regional selections: Isabella Vigevani and Fabio Venosta.
On May 23, Vigevani won bronze in the women’s kumite, while on May 24 Venosta competed in the men’s events but did not medal. The trip and preparation were supported by the club’s coaches, families, and partners who accompanied the athletes.
