Fauna and Human Dimension Master’s Program Resumes Environmental-Communication Training in Varese
The fifth edition of the Master in Fauna and Human Dimension, designed for communication professionals and those seeking deeper skills in environmental outreach, will resume under the University of Insubria in collaboration with Fondazione Edmund Mach, MUSE – Museo delle Scienze di Trento, Istituto Oikos, and VareseNews. The program will launch its online foundational modules in September 2026, with practical activities starting in October 2026 and sessions held about once a month; pre-enrollments are open and will close on June 23, 2026, with a maximum of 30 participants.
The curriculum aims to train professionals in wildlife, environment and landscape communication and totals 1,500 hours (60 ECTS), including 152 hours of lectures, 320 hours of practical exercises, and 16 hours of safety training. It comprises two base modules and four modules of practical activities, with exercises conducted in exemplary settings across Trentino and Lombardy and involving professionals in wildlife communication, agriculture and landscape.
