Gardone all’Opera Brings Touring Opera to Gardone Riviera Lakeside This Weekend
Gardone all’Opera, an opera festival in Gardone Riviera, will present renowned arias along the lakeside on Saturday, June 13, and Sunday, June 14, with itinerant performances starting at 18:30. The artistic director is Alessandro Trebeschi (Teatro Grande di Brescia); the lineup includes soprano Erika Tanaka, tenor Giacomo Leone, baritone Guido Dazzini, pianist Alessandro Trebeschi, and the Bazzini Consort Ensemble, performing at venues such as Wimmer, Piazza Marconi, Porticciolo and the lakefront of Giardinetto Chiuso.
The program features arias from La Bohème, La Traviata, Rigoletto, Don Carlo, Don Giovanni, Le nozze di Figaro, L’Elisir d’amore, Don Pasquale, Gianni Schicchi, Manon Lescaut, plus works by Gounod, Bizet, Leoncavallo and Mascagni. The event, offered in multiple formats, is organized with the patronage of the City of Gardone Riviera, Pro Loco Gardone Riviera, and Riva del Garda.
