Geografie Festival at Arco Castle Brings European Frontline Lineup Featuring Goran Bregović on June 29

The Geografie festival at Arco Castle opens on Monday, June 29, 2026, with Goran Bregović bringing his “God is not your Babysitter” tour alongside the Wedding and Funeral Orchestra. The first edition focuses on music from Eastern Europe, followed on Friday, July 3, 2026 by the Armenian duo Ladaniva, and concluding on Thursday, July 9, 2026 with the Georgian trio Mandili.

Bregović’s concert is linked to a landmark event held at Arco Castle in 2001. Performances will take place on the Lizza lawn, with access requiring an approximately 20-minute uphill walk from the town center, including sections that may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Seats are not numbered, and in case of bad weather the event will be canceled with ticket refunds; the summer 2026 program also includes scheduled maintenance and redevelopment work for the castle.
