Garda Lake History Festival’s Final Stop in Salò Highlights Women’s Suffrage Vote

The “Voto alle donne” theme will be the focus of the final meeting of the Garda Lake History Festival, centered on universal suffrage and gender equality. Historian Mario Avagliano will present his book *“Voto alle donne! La storia di una battaglia, dalle suffragette alla Costituente”* on Friday, 19 June, at 20:30, at the Portici della Magnifica Patria on Lungolago Giuseppe Zanardelli in Salò.

The evening, organized by the Garda Lake History Festival, will include a presentation of the volume followed by a conversation with the author. The event takes place along Salò’s waterfront (lungolago) and is open to the public, with the discussion starting at 20:30.
