Riva’s Olive Mill Named Gambero Rosso Cooperative of the Year 2026 in Naples

Riva del Garda’s Frantoio di Riva, part of Agraria Riva del Garda, has been awarded the Gambero Rosso “Cooperativa dell’anno 2026” Special Prize in the guide *I Migliori Oli d’Italia 2026/2027*. The award ceremony took place in Naples in 2026 during the event *Rotte Mediterranee*, with the cooperative participating alongside the guide’s organisers.

The jury cited the cooperative model developed over a century, which today involves around 300 producer-members and the management of more than 85,000 olive trees. In the new rankings, Frantoio di Riva received the “Three Leaves” for the 46° Parallelo Monocultivar Casaliva, while other highlighted products include Ulìva Dop Garda Trentino Monocultivar Casaliva and 46° Parallelo Biologico. The recognition comes in 1926–2026, the year marking Agraria Riva del Garda’s centenary, and focuses on the production and quality of its extra virgin olive oil.
