Bardolino Lights Up the Bridge With a New Projection to Welcome Visitors

The municipal administration of Bardolino has selected a light projection reading “Welcome to Bardolino” to be installed on the town’s entrance bridge, after determining that permanent structures cannot be built. The projected image is based on the winning design from a competition launched in August 2025 and will replace the previous sign, which is now outdated and no longer usable.

The city says the technology will allow the installation to be updated and customized over time to reflect events, public events, and anniversaries. Mayor Daniele Bertasi described the project as a modern, flexible solution aimed at welcoming residents and visitors while enhancing the bridge that serves as the main gateway to the town.
