Salò Brings Back Guided Tours in the Historic Center This Summer

Guided tours in Salò’s historic centre are set to return this summer with 17 scheduled appointments organised by the Municipality. Italian-language tours run every Tuesday from 7 July to 25 August, while English-language tours take place every Thursday from 2 July to 27 August, with meeting point at the InfoPoint in Piazza Sant’Antonio.

The tours include an itinerary featuring a focus on the 600 years of the “Magnifica Patria” and the relationship between Salò and the Venetian Republic. Participation costs €5, with free entry for children under 10; places are limited and booking is recommended. Mayor Francesco Cagnini and Culture Councillor Alberto Comini said the initiative is aimed at helping residents and visitors discover the city’s history, art and key places.
