Brescia Leads Lombardy With 791 Recognized Historic Sites in Regional Register

Regione Lombardia has added 104 new “Attività Storiche” to the regional register, bringing Brescia to 791 recognized historic businesses—the province’s top figure in the region—and raising the Lombardy total to 4,943. The latest update includes 24 activities supported by Confesercenti Lombardia Orientale during the application and enhancement phases.

The newly recognized businesses span multiple towns across the province, including Desenzano (Macelleria Equina Gallina Riccardo e Figli S.r.l., active since 1979), Gardone Riviera (Farmacia Internazionale Farmacia Storari, 1958; La Taverna del Borgo Adria S.r.l., 1980), and Gargnano (La Tortuga, 1963; Myosotis Lantoni Roberta, 1985). Other additions include Limone (Bar al Porto, 1957; Sport Line, 1982), Lonato (Benamati Arreda, 1975; Falegnameria G.B.L., 1962), Padenghe (Farmacia Beretta, 1966), Salò (Pasticceria El Pastiser, 1986; Tip Tap Ristorante‑Pizzeria Alibenaco S.r.l., 1984), San Felice del Benaco (Ristorante da Osvaldo, 1981), and Sirmione (Grifone MRC 2.0 SNC, 1968). The recognition covers shops, craft workshops and public venues operating for at least 40 years.
